Gluten Meat Balls

2 cups ground gluten
1 tbs Brewers yeast (may be omitted)
2 tbs flour
2 tbs oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano or sage
1 to 2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Form into small balls and fry in hot oiled skillet as you would meat balls.
