Hot Fudge Topping
2 cups of sugar
1 can evaporated milk
6 tbs of cocoa plus 2 tbs of butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
Cook over medium heat at a slow boil for 15 min.
Beat until it looses it glossy.
Serve on your favorite ice cream
